OMG! I am now experiencing a constalation on my face. 12 days in. Geesh,this is not fun. Breaking Free how long did your breakout last? And did drinking water really help? Again i miss something useful to me. I have had adult acne since I was 20. I had a handle on it, then I quit smoking. It is getting a little better. Speaking of facials. The big cleanser people have a cloth mask that you do at home. 15minutes and relax. Your skin is hydrated and super soft. Plus it is very relaxing. Great reward... I'm Breaking Free ... evolved to Free. It lasted for about 2 months for me. The water helps. I also bought a semi-expensive adult acne regmine that really helped. I quit smoking. My skin got all plump and moist again. It was truly a beautiful thing! Now I have the North Star on my forehead and on my chin and on my nose and on my ear and on my shoulder and on my back ... ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! This sucks!
