Hey DL, Most of us have quit more than once. The first few days are the most difficult and preparation is vital. Don't get down on yourself, pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and start all over again...you've heard that song. Get back on the horse & ride!
Set a new date, get back in here reading everything, doing the exercises, so you can be better prepared. YOU CAN DO IT! We are here to help. Next time come and post, tell us what you are feeling, there is always someone who has been through the same thing and can help you through it. Thats the magic of this place, we're all in this together! :)
