i always picture the horse getting up, shaking itself off, putting on the ole feedbag, taking a big dump and then laying back down waiting for round 2 or 3 or 4,768. it's a good horse, a willing horse but a horse like me who doesn't know how to stop getting beat up!

wdc,

You are very creative!  My picture is dirty old dust, decomposition.  The only positive aspect I could find in it might be that it was acting as fertilizer for something (maybe good like flowers, maybe not like weeds).  Your picture is much prettier and much more hopeful than mine.  Everytime you write I find more and more positives about you......

I picture your dust like 'fairy dust' with a little sparkle!

lol at the humor in beating a dead horse, the creativity in the pic and looking under the dust.  Thanks for  the laugh and for letting me have a ray of sunshine in an otherwise cloudy day!  I guess I'm have some positive inward communication as a result of the stimulating (humor) in the conversation that so adequately describes what we all feel!  I'm going to go look under the dust...I'll let ya'll know what I find!

Hi Rose,

My dead horse is now reduced to dust due to the number of beatings it takes!  I will probably get a new one soon! LOL!!
