Della, We are here for you. You need to take the program very slowly for it to be effective. Ask the others on the program and see how they are coping and what it entails. It has helped many previous members, and they were also hesitant. Keep Strong and remember knowledge is power. Take a look, it can't hurt. Don't be too hard on yourself sometimes you have try some things several times. I don't think the program is written in stone to be finished in 12 weeks. Some people may need more time to work on a particular area. I have always found though I can't look too far ahead sometimes I just have to live minute by minute and mostly I take things day by day.

Dear Support Group, I joined in Nov. I believe I started the program, but have not followed through. I panicked. I cannot get myself to do it. I feel like my mind is "mush" and I can't seem to concentrate. I get distracted very easy. 12 weeks is a long time. I cannot even commit to tomorrow. I have problems planning anything in advance. I'll change my mind several times before I decide to do whatever I should do, or not do, and don't do it at all. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Help, Della
