Jeandavid -

It's tempting to rush through the program because you want to feel relief so badly! As Ashley said, the homework is really the key to the program, and that takes time.

I went ahead with some of the auxiliary sessions on relaxation and worry while working through the program, but I didn't have real success until I worked through everything one step at a time.

Hang in there, keep at it, and reach out to everyone in the forum for support - this is a very helpful place!

If you have completed all the homework associated with the session you are currently on and you feel you are ready then feel free to move to the next sessions.  Try not to rush the homework though - it is the most important part.

Your enthusiasm to move forward is a good thing! How will you ensure that you get what you need out of each session without rushing?
