Being My Own Worst Enemy

Hi Ashley,
I can watch my inner voice, and do things for myself.  This morning I got my hair cut, and then got my nails trimmed, so actions sometimes speak louder than words

So the question is then, how can you be more gentle with yourself?

I found that often I cause my own problems, by how I organize myself.

I was told once that I shouldn't start something until I've finished what I was working on.  What I find I do though, is plan more things, and then I eventually feel overwhelmed.

If I can't be gentle with myself, it's hard to look outside of myself for relief, since the outside world can be a lot less compassionate
