1st downturn in a week

Yeah,

I just seemed to let the negative thoughts in this morning. Haven't needed the diazepam much, but needed half this morning and then another half later today. It's mostly just been a half once a day most of the last week. 1/2 being 2.5 mg.

Perhaps I felt the med was working already, when it was actually me doing it.

I am exhausted. Managed to do 9 sets of my workout tonight, but it's time for bed.

Hope your day goes better tomorrow.

Hi.

Just about a week is pretty good yes. Most of these are two weeks to show signs and six weeks to fully work.

So you must be doing this on your own. That is a good sign. It should get better then I think. Maybe we can blame it on the weather or air quality. I had a lousy day.

To quote you, tomorrow is another day.

Things were mostly solid for about a week, then this morning, I had some anxiety on my way to work. Have been taking Lexapro since Saturday. I guess I was thinking too much. I know it takes a little while for it to fully kick-in. My doctor told me that I might not feel any different than how bad I was feeling for a while. It might take a while to have more good days than bad. Today I just never fully felt with it. But tomorrow is another day.

Anyway, just checking in.
