I was exausted from it!
I did learn to stop, focus, and take a deep breath, and even if i did want to run,i did not!
I tried to stay in more open places,i did see my daughter and grand children there too...it was a beautiful sunny day for the event!
I was very tired afterwards, but thats ok,i got through it!!
Thats what counts!

My cousins came to see us over the weekend, and we have a revolution reinactment every year here at our park on the river, and there are thousands of people there, and they wanted to go and see this...so we did,and i was ok for a while, then i was getting very clostaphobic around so many!!!
It was ok,but i wanted to leave!
We left about 1.pm,went to a flea market, that was ok,but i was so tired!!!
They left for there motel room, and we went home,i fell asleep in my recliner and slept for 4hrs!!!!
I guess it all got to me!
I am ok today, feel more rested, and relaxed, they left for home this morning....
