Starting the program - Advice

For me, I think I felt not alone after I read many people's experiences. After reading about everyone's situation I felt more safe and wanted to come back.

I would advice members to start on session 1 of the program and read everything with attention as well as reading and posting frequently on these forums.

Members,

The Panic Center program is full of valuable information.  However, for new members it can be overwhelming because there is so much to learn!  What advice would you give to new members just starting out on the program?

How did you feel when you started the program? What motivated you to stick with it?
