hi ocean thanks for your reply im laying in bed with a tight chest like i need to burp sort of thing but not i get this feeling in my throat all day every day i have read section 1 i kinda went in a little panic reading the programme but i some how thought of wat i just read to get me out of it! and it worked maybe it was just lucky lol... then i was watching videos of the tsunami n quake in japan and i feel on edge again!!!! chest pains tight chest.

Yes, I know what you mean. That's a symptom of your panic ~
Are you doing the CBT program here? I would highly suggest it, as it will help you get rid of that, along with the panic itself.
I never really found a real solution to make it go away, it just always kind of went away on it's own.

hello there i have a lump in my throat sometimes i cant breathe or think im not breathing at all.. feels like my throat is half closing. can feel it on my neck n back a little to... does anybody else get this and if soo how can i relieve it! thankyou rob.
