Is it meds or anxiety

Just a note.

Vitamin C works as a carrier and helps to carry other things into the blood stream. It increases the effectiveness of Tylenol by making more Tylenol available quicker. It also helps with the absorption of some minerals. I don't know if it has any effect on other meds, but I always put it on my interaction checker on drugs.com when adding a new medication to the list.
I think it is pretty safe and not a problem to the kidneys unless taken in very large doses, which is a waste since it can't be stored.

Hi Debit,

You should be able to safely take a multi-vitamin. If you are going to take extra doses of specific vitamins or minerals, it would be best to consult with your doctor or pharmacist.

Talk to your doctor about vitamin B12 as it influences the mind. Vitamin A deficiency shows itself as cracks in the skin, mostly the heels. Night vision is black and white and is on the side, that is why if you look out the side of your eyes at night it becomes clearer

Yes that is Theodore (teddy bear) He is six. My other cat, Thomas is 16.

The Mantra is a good start. Make sure you believe it.

Thanks Davit, i wonder if the vitamin a is a problem, i have always had that trouble at night and if it was not anxiety it was definately heightening it, i had no sleep last night at all but strangly feel a bit better today, i went to the bank and went to get lunch and felt happy and had no anxiety even though i was tired lol i just kept repeating the phrase im a good driver, im a safe driver, ive been driving for 25 years, i try to push myself to get out and do what i can.

Do you know if you can take vitamins when taking prozac (currently 5mg but working to 10) i am taking vitamin c at the moment and would like to take B12, D and now A

PS cute Kitty is it yours, whats its name :)

Great question Debit.

Also, be sure to take any medical related question to your doctor or pharmacist.

Here is what I used to do on meds because of that dream like state. Choose a back road and check your reaction time. Pick a spot in front of you and stop before you get to it. If you overshoot it then do not drive. If the dream like state is just heightened anxiety and your reaction time is still okay then in my case I would drive just more cautiously. Night driving can be two things, one is a control thing and the other is poor night vision from low vitamin A.

Here for you,
Davit.

I have been taking 5mg Prozac for three days now, i have tried to limit my externaal activitys and just rest at home, i just had to pick my daughter and her friend up from the shops and the whole time i felt like i was in a dream like state, i am more anxious driving at night anyway, while i did not have a panic attack, everything seemed a little unreal and bright i was nervous but not out of control, i know i definately felt better when i got home, did or does anyone else recommend not driving to much while adjusting to meds?
