That must have been a scare! We have not had any issues with the site thus far. Not sure what would have happened there. It might have been an issue with your internet connection? Not sure.
In the future please send any technical concerns to the feedback section of the site as we try to reserve the support group for program and panic related discussion.
I was just wondering if anyone else had trouble accessing the website today (September 26th)? Earlier in the day my bookmark said this was no longer an active site - you can imagine the wave of panic that went through me at that!! :) The URL just redirected me to a strange search engine page.
I'm glad all seems back to normal but just wondered if the site was down for some reason.
