Went to class today. It was a good class :) I still like my teacher. I also went to this nice little restaurant next to my school and treated mysellf to a nice little meal out for one :) I felt free!

Sometimes anxiety is a good thing.  It's pushing you to do what you know you want and need to do.  Keep your mind on target, whatever work you need to have done.  Better to be a day late, then completely absent minded.  Funny, that's one of my buddies nicknames for me...anywho, I do agree though, a nap helps sober the mind up!  Cheers on your evolution Doc!

Well, I am slowly catching up on stuff and not feeling poorly anymore. But I am a bit stressed out today. Today, I am also exhausted...I barely slept last night. Then again I am kind of always exhausted and sad lately.
 
I have so much work to do. I am past a deadline! I cannot beleive I missed a work deadline! I am always on time! Now I am behind and feeling guilty towards my boss who has been so patient up to now... Argh. I have tons of work to do and here I am exhausted and out of focus! I just can't sem to get this writting done! This is making me so anxious. Worse part is I know if I could just finish this up my stress levels would go way down! But I am so exhausted. 2 hours of sleep is just not enough to get this kind of intellectual work done! ARGH!!!!
 
I feel lame and guilty and sad and tired...and Anxious! Ok breathe in...breathe out...I am done ranting lol. I will be ok, I guess I just need a nap!

I guess I will go for a nap and see how it goes to write later!
