Yes, I hear what you are saying, it does get really exhausting. The good news is, there does come a time again where it is not so hard or exhausting. It did come for me. I feel much better now. And hey, if I can do it anybody can!Hang in there and in the meantime, be good to yourself. It does become exhausting so take good care of yourself anf be patient with yourself, you deserve it :) This too shall pass! -Diva

Hopefully the procedure will explain why i keep getting all the pain and discomfort i've been feeling for along time now . Because the not knowing is horribe . I am hoping once i get it sorted that i can cut back on all my anxiety , im finally managing my panic attacks thanks to this site . Still get them but am not so terriyed as i was . You explained so much its so helpful .

Hi Cornish-dee, Glad you were able to stop in and say hi. What is it that you fear? How can going through this procedure help you? Sylvie, Bilingual Health Educator

Well i havnt posted for a few days now but have been peeping in and reading . Found i wasnt even ready to post ! Have been abit lously healthwise and put it down to anxiety . But couldnt take the pain much longer so saw my doctor yesterday . Ekkkkkkkkkkkkk , he has sent away for appointment for me to go to hospital to have a camera down my throat (my biggest fear) arghhh . Did not hardly sleep last night . No idea how long i will have to wait for appointment so with abit of luck i wil be so tired by the time i get it i will sleep through it lol . Secretly knew something more than axiety was going on because i havnt eaten for weeks now weight is dropping off me ( good job i was a large lady). Can only manage a banana and a sandwich a day at a push . Does explain the dizziness i suppose .
