Slinky, I have had that kinda choking feeling when anxious before. And with a thesis to turn in it is no wonder that you have stress. Hang in there you can do this :) But I agree with Danielle. when any of my symptoms persist too long I have it checked by my doctor just in case. So hang in there this too shall pass! -Diva

Slinky, It may be tension related to anxiety, however if this symptom does persist it's best to be safe and see your doctor. Danielle, Bilingual Support Specialist

I've had anxiety for the last 4 years and for the most part its under control, but since Monday i feel like i've had difficulty breathing. It feels all tight around my neck and the top of my. Its mainly worse when I'm sat down, when I stand up it feels like my airways open. Sometimes it makes me light headed as i'm not getting enough air in and sometimes by the end of the day my voice is croaky. I think this is from stress and holding myself too tight but I'm worried its something like lung cancer and I've started to think all my body might be full of tumours. I'm under a bit of stress as I'm completing a thesis for a Masters degree but I just wondered if anybody else eve felt anything similar? Thank you.
