Am having a bad day today. Had been feeling a bit low again since the weekend then "bam" the anxiety has hit me again today. Am at work but have had to nip to the loo to be sick. Feel really funny. As much as I can be logical when I am feeling ok - as soon as I feel anxious everything goes out the window.
Just wanted to see if there was anyone there who wanted to chat - guess I'm just feeling a bit sorry for myself x
