Thanks guys. Yes, I'm in the program, I'm starting lesson three soon. I hope this will help me, and you guys are great too.

Hi Luna, I don't know if you have started the program, but if not you should definitely give it a try. I have the same problem with meeting/interacting with people, and starting relationships, but even though I'm only in the first few weeks of the program it has really helped. As Diva mentioned, you just need to challenge your anxious thoughts from very small situations to gradually larger ones. You eventually feel more and more comfortable as you go along and are capable of doing greater things. I know that I make that sound a lot easier than it is, and it is hard, but try out the program and I'm sure you'll have success. Tallglassofwater

Hiya luna, I find that being aware of my "fear patterns and challenging them with the thought challenging techniques here really helps me face my fears instead of running away. I wish I had better advice for you but I hope this helps you a bit! -Diva

Hi Luna, Thanks for sharing this here with us. This can be a common concern for many when it comes to relationships. Fellow members will be by soon to share their thoughts on this. Have you checked out the free program offered here? You may want to address these issues as you work on overcoming your fears. Casey __________________________ The PC Support Team

I have fears about loosing someone (passing away or in relationships). When it comes to relationships it's not a good thing at all. Cause my response to the feeling that we're growing apart or just that there is a risk that things go wrong - I tell them to go away, no matter how much I love them I walk away. Cause i don't want to feel that pain again. And because of me running away - I feel much worse cause I really liked that someone and it was me behaving quite badly - not his fault. Do you guys have any advice for me to cope with the fear and not just run away?
