Hiya Kel! Well I agree with Casey, The program here is definetely worth trying! It really did wonders to help me. It teaches you how to restructure your thinking and regain control of your life. It really is a great program. And the support group here is great and very helpful if you have questions. -Diva

Hi Kel, Thanks for sharing these concerns here. If you haven't already done so, be sure to check out the free online program here. You may find it helpful in overcoming some of these feelings. It teaches you things you may not understand about panic and agoraphobia, your own panic, your own panic cycle, and as you learn and get involved, you begin the journey and the process of taking back control from a fear that at the moment is controlling you. The Program guides you through the process of getting back this control. It prepares you for this, one single step at a time, and gives you some homework to bring you along from session 1 to session 2, and onward, in a series of 12 sessions over a period of twelve weeks. Take care and keep us posted on your progress, Casey _________________________________ The PC Support Team

Along with the anxiety which starts as soon as I wake in the early hours, I have these overwhelming feelings of doom & gloom. There is nothing really specific that I feel so low about just life in general. I feel anxious about feeling anxious - a bit of a catch 22 situation really. Once the anxiety takes hold I then feel anxious about feeling that way. To be honest every time I have a "wobble" my symptoms are slightly different. I always tend to lose my appetite & wake early though. I know all the advice about eating healthily and exercising but I never manage it when I am feeling like this.
