Hi Sarah, Please feel free to post in whatever forum you feel is most appropriate. If you haven't already done so, be sure to check out the free online program offered here. You will be able to address all of your posted concerns and gain back the control that you once had. Work slowly through the sessions at your own pace. The important thing is to make the activities as meaningful to you as possible for best results. Also, start out small and then work up to bigger goals. Let you small successes guide your progress. Stick close and keep us posted, Casey ____________________________________ The Panic Center Support Team

Hi, I've just posted in the "Introduce yourself" section, but i think this is where i should be! (I am agoraphobic) I'm currently experiencing chronic fear/panic/anxiety........again! I've been in recovery for 5 years, and by recovery i mean i can go out short distances but not alone and ONLY with my mother. The furthest i CAN go alone is to my sons school only a 3 minute walk and that causes daily problems (especially in the afternoon for some reason). I am terrified of being housebound again. At one point i was too scared to go upstairs and i don't want to be like that again, but the fear is overwhelming. I just can't cope with panic anymore. Fighting this cr*p for NINE years is exhausting. Sarah
