If you haven't already done so, be sure to check out the free online program offered here. You will be able to address all of your posted concerns and gain back the control that you once had.
Work slowly through the sessions at your own pace. The important thing is to make the activities as meaningful to you as possible for best results. Also, start out small and then work up to bigger goals. Let you small successes guide your progress.
