This would have been a question that i would have asked as well . I have heard throughthe grapevine that our local school has a class starting soon . If this is true then i would like to give it a try . Will have to convince my Hubby to go as well though !! If i do will keep you posted :)

There is also the option of Qi Gong. I have a great video called QiGong for Healing which is presented such that it is easy to follow. I am contemplating taking a class at the local community centre. There are many forms of qi gong, so one has to investigate which ones are available and which ones are going to work for you. I should really view my video more often but perhaps signing up for the class will motivate me to practice more often.

The only tape my friends have is: Tai Chi for health by Life Style, HGV and Media. It's pretty old. My friend likes it but I haven't tried it or seen it. But I figured I would let you know. Sorry I couldn't come up with more for you. -Diva

RoxysMother, Tai Chi is a great low impact exercise to try. Many people have found it helpful in managing stress, improving overall circulation, joint stiffness and anxiety. Give it a whirl and let us know how it goes. Danielle ______________________ The PC Support Team

I used to do tai chi once upon a time but took classes so I am not aware of any really great tai chi videos. But i know a few people who take taichi, I will ask around to see if any of them use videos. -Diva

Ive been thinking about it and thought I might like to try a dvd or something. Anyone have any success with any tai chi dvds and if so, which ones? Thank you.
