CBT groups and programs

Madara, The group is the one on the forums and the CBT program is in your session diary. To access your session diary, go to the top of the page, click on the blue icon marked session diary. In your session diary, you'll see an underlined icon reading: continue with program. This link will take you into your next session. Danielle ______________________ The PC Support Team

Hmmm i am not sure exactly what information you are looking for. The group well is here on the forum. An online support goup. There might be live face to face groups in your area also, you would have to ask around with different mental health associations from your region to find out. As for the program well it is in your session diary. Ii you click the session diary button next to the logout button you will find many interesting links in your session diary page. Some of them are links to tools like the symptom tracker and the different forms you will use. One of them is the program link. If i remember correctly it is somewhere in the top left quadrant of the page. Well i hope this helps a bit. If you have more questions feel free to ask! -Diva
