Hi clem, Thanks for stopping by with this update as to how you are doing! Sounds like you are well on your way to gaining back that control. Continue with the program and work at your own pace. Keep us posted on your progress, Casey _____________________________________ The Panic Center Support Team

I have had minor bouts of the same on and off for most of my life - worse when I'm anxious but very pronunced when anxiety leads to panic. I've been having repeated panic attacks over the last few months although starting to feel more positive (thanks to the the program) and that I'm starting to get them under control. I've also been taking valium more routinely again ( either anticipatory or immediately following anxiety attacks) - but am looking forward to be able to taper this off as I start getting my anxiety back under control again. It has been a worrying time - but only up to week 3!
