Moochela, You've gotten some great advice from your fellow member. Continue to use the program to help you try to identify any potential sources and utilizing relaxation techniques. This is also a form of challenging your anxiety. Distractions may also be helpful to you. Keep us posted. Danielle ________________________ The PC Support Team

Well, filling the manual paper work like the anixous thoughts sheets helps you figure out what is bothering you. Also, writing a journal. You just start writting without censuring yourself and eventually you figure out what is up with you. when you keep track of your anxiety, it helps you become more aware of why you get anxious and what your triggers are. I am not saying you will have to do this forever, heck you dont even HAVE to do it now lol. But in my case filling in the paper froms everyday and doing my journaling and monitoring where my anxiety comes from and why really helps me confornt this and deal with it. Plus i find that regular relaxation and breathing techniques help lower anxiety. Also am a big fan of distraction from anxiety lol Hope some of this helps!!!! -Diva

I am finding it difficult to deal with my anxiety! I woke up today and just feel this awful anxiety in my stomach. I am not sure why it is there or what the thoughts are behind it. This is quite common for me, I get the physical feelings and they escalate without me quite knowing why they are happening. Any suggestions on how to deal with this? It makes me feel helpless and more anxious as I do not know what to challenge!
