One book that has really helped me is "Anxiety, Phobias & Panic" by Reneau Z. Peurifoy. It reads like a textbook or a self help program but there is a wealth of relaxation techniques in it. I think I got it at Chapters.
Another book - more on the spiritual side is "Creative Visualization" by Shakti Gawain. This book teaches about meditation and how literally creative and positive visualization can help us create the results we desire in life.
And I'm not particularly religious, but I find the Bible to be uplifting, entertaining and inspiring.
