I'm new to this too. But you can make it through. I slipped and fell back into my old patterns of avoiding so that the immediate "pain" would go away. But it does get better. I've only finished session 1 reading and now have to do the tracking. Not sure what I'll have to track, cause for the last week I feel "normal" again. But I'm sure there's an attack out there waiting for me. I just have to stay and work through it instead of fleeing as fast as I can. Good luck to you!!

Hi jawserwog, It may seem huge right now, but you can do this! You can have control and you can overcome your thoughts of panic and anxiety. Use the program and information on the site to educate yourself about this disorder. The fact that you are able to identify your fears is a great start. Regarding the program. Take it slow and work through at your own pace. There really isn't a right or wrong way to do it. The most important thing is that you make it meaningful for you so that you can gain the most benefit from the steps. Take care and keep us posted on your progress. SO I just finnished reading through all the stuff for week one and I have to say it caused a panic attack. This is a really big huge thing for me. I am just so sick and tired of feeling like I don't get something everyone else is getting. I just want to feel like I used to before I used to worry about what everyone was thinking or saying about me. I hope I can do this right and that it helps. Any tips?
