Always in THAT supermarket

Crispi, Keep working through the program. Exposure therapy may help you to slowly get back into the grocery store shopping one small step at a time. Are you challenging your thoughts? Utilizing relaxation techniques? Doing visualization exercises? Could it be your anxiety is especially difficult to manage because you've had an anxiety attack in the supermarket? Hi all, I just started with this programme and I really feel better just because of having found this page. I have a problem and I can't see how I can cope with it. I had last year a breakdown incl. the panikattacks. The one which initiated me taking finally anti-depressivas was at the supermarket. I have made a lot of progress with other situation where i had horrible panik attacks but every time I go to this very supermarket I can't just go shopping, I always have really bad panik attacks and all the things which help me in other situations just don't work. Does anyone have the same problem or does anyone has an idea why is this? Why does obviously tricking myself not work? Thanks in advance
