hi Thanks forthe welcome. I am feeling much better today. Especially since I stopped the Welbutrin. I will talk to my docabot Efexor as I ahve heard this is a goo thing. Does it iterrupt you sleep pattern though? /That welbutrin did not let me sleep well & I woke up every hour. I too am working in a workbook & changing my negative thoughts to positive ones & it really is working.

Ellen, I have sent you an e-mail as well as replied to your other posts :) You don't have to make up your own title unless you want to. You can respond to other messages as you were doing before. Please let us know if we can further assist you, Josie ______________________________ The Panic Center Support Team.

Hi Ellen, welcome aboard. Don't worry about the computer, you'll get the hang of it. I'm fairly new here but I've already found it very helpful. I only had one small 'episode' (sounds better than attack) today. Whoowhoo for me! I took Wellbutrin before for my depression but it didn't really help. I currently take Effexor 150 mg per day for my depression; Ativan for when I have a bad attack (it's quick acting) and clonzapam to help keep the attacks at bay. I'm not suggesting you take these, only letting you know that these meds, this site and therapy are helping me. At one point I thought I'd have to live like a hermit forever, now I'm seeing a small light at the end of the tunnel. If you keep at it, you will too. Good luck!!
