AM I BEING THICK

Hi Jo, Sometimes I get the symptoms you described out of the blue. They sometimes come at times where I feel no anxiety. Learning how to deal with these symptoms is the key. This program can help. Once you learn how to deal with them, they appear less frequently. Or at least that is my experience. Best wishes, Brad

Jo, Check with your doctor to rule out anything medical. Start the program and see the difference it can make. Also feel free to discuss the program with your Doctor to better assess the situation. Keep Strong, Josie _______________________________ The Panic Center Support Team.
