ANYBODY ELSE?

Hi, I, too, have alot of stomach problems associated with my panic. Sometimes my stomach hurts, dull ache kind of pain, and other times it's a pressure feeling. I also experience random pain in my chest, back, headaches, etc. I've been told that it is due to tensing of the muscles in that area when I am stressed. Have you been to the doctor about your symptoms, or the panic attack you've experienced? That should be the place to start just to rule out any physical problem. I hope that this helps. I'm around if you need to talk. Junebug

Hi itchangedmylife, Sorry to hear you are going through a rough time right now. I can remember how scarey it was when I didn't know what on earth was going on me! Panic attacks are very common, albeit world-stopping. Often the fear of another attack can be enough to make you doubt yourself, your abilities and your self-esteem. Be strong - you are certainly not alone in this. This site will help you to understand what panic is - which is the first step to controlling it. Good on you for getting help - you are going to be fine!! We're here if you need us, Toni

Thanks for your support Angel. A couple of years ago I had one while I was on a plane. At the time I didnt even know what it was. My attacks are not as bad a some of the one I read. I try not to dwell I on them I force myself to do things and ignore them, because if I dwell on them I know I will be the person who looses there job and always stays in the house. I felt alot better today just reading everybodies post. Thank you. I have read a couple of yours I hope all is well with you.

It, Thank you for sharing and know that you are not alone. Take the time to check with your Doctor and take along the anxiety test. This may help better assess the situation for you both. Our online program can help you get started and give you knowledge on what you are feeling. The members here can help as they have been going through what you have. We are always here for support and knowledge, so please post often. Keep Strong, Josie ______________________________ The Panic Center Support Team.

I was wondering if anyone else has stomach problems, there isnt a day that goes by I dont fell a pain somewhere in my body mostly my chest. I ignore them though.
