Hey Jo....its been a couple of days since your post and I hope you are doing better. I'm sorry you are having a rough time right now. Just keep reminding yourself that you were doing better so you WILL do better again. Sometimes the stress of our lives will cause a set back but it can be overcome.

Annabel, The Panic Center also has a sister site called the "The Depression Center". You can visit this site at www.depressioncenter.net The Depression Center offers personalized, interactive tools that have helped thousands of people challenge and overcome their depression. The core of the Depression Center is the Depression Program, an interactive, 16-session cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) course. We invite you to read more about the program and tools, or if you are ready, go straight to the free registration. Registering also gives you posting privileges in the anonymous online Support Group, although guests are welcome to browse our forums at any time without logging in. Thanks for visiting with us and we hope to hear from you again soon. Take care, Melanie _________________________ The PC Support Team

My name is Ana and I've been suffering from generalized anxiety, panic attacks ands mild depression for over 3 years. Recently I've been admitted twice to Hospital with a severe panic attacks, something that didn't happen for a while. I feel like I've given several steps back and that I am at an all time low. I'm on medication for all my conditions and I'm being followed by a therapist. But right now I feel I'm beyong help and that I will live with these conditons for the rest of my life. So I can relate to what your saying! It feels like it's all coming back. I've recently started the program and I'm finishing the first week! I need all the help and support I can get but also I have much to give back! Here for you all, Ana

Jo, I recommend consulting with your doctor about your shakiness. I also recommend that you start working through the program. Maybe your anxiety has triggers and the program will help you figure out what they are. Check back soon, Danielle _______________________________________ The Panic Center Support Team
