Raven, Thank you for sharing with us. I am glad to see that you are working with the program and it is helping :) Work through the Exposure Worksheet and be honest. This will help you pinpoint the area you want to work on. The Program guides you through the process of getting back the control. It prepares you for this, one single step at a time. Please let us know if we can assist you further. Josie _______________________________ The Panic Center Support Team.

Hi: I am new to posting. I have been working fairly steady on the sessions up to this week. I am having trouble with my goals. I would like to work on being comfortable driving in my (or any ) residential area. Now, I do drive in my area a couple of times a day - just because I have to - everyday stuff. I have a hard time doing this. I try hard to avoid even seeing people or driving by people walking so I don't have to worry about their "safety". So where do I start?? I have to drive everyday and I would say my anxiety rating for this is around a 9. Do I start with a lower task??(if so what?) Stop driving?? Drive more?? My rating for driving with a passenger is much lower - but this isn't always possible. Thanks for any help, Raven
