Its so true Alison! We deal with so much internally so its hard for us to be calm and easy going at times. Its just frustrated cause the people around me are the ones that see me like this. I dont' want them to label me as someone who is not easy going, or who is so difficult. I really dont' want to be difficult. Nor do i like people that are difficult. so thats why this internal fight with myself wont' stop.......i want to be someone whom i cannot really be right now. Time will tell i guesss. I just gotta believe in myself.....not easy though lol. thanks for your post!

Wow, I completely relate to this one. Vickers, your statement about already having to deal with so much internally was a bit of an life changing moment for me! That is so true. Sometimes it amazes me that it takes other people to point such obvious things to me. I too can get so easily frusturated with my husband and kids sometimes. When I think about, it makes sense. One person can only handle so much and they boil over. I'm going to be thinking about this one for awhile! Thanks Angel and Vickers.

Hey Angel! I know how you feel. I've always been real easy going and accepting of people, but the last year or so I tend to get very angry, very easily! It really bothers me because I don't want to be angry or hateful. I'm trying to work on this and get back to trying to understand a situation or person before I react though. It's hard sometimes, but I think it's worth it. Anyways, I just wanted tell you that I understand your anger and frustrations - it's completely normal when you have to deal with so much internally every day. Try not to let it devour you though. Notice the little things that make life worthwhile - it will help you relax and help you keep going. For me, the little things that remind me that the world is worthwhile are things like the shapes of clouds, spring flowers, bugs on the sidewalk, children laughing, the wind blowing..... yes, I'm a cornball. ;p Find the little things that made you happy once and try to remember to stop and notice them even if just once or twice a day. It helps me - I hope it will help you, too! But also remember, it's ok to get angry once in awhile - it's a natural emotion that you are entitled to. Just don't let it devour you so you lose sight of what's important.

Angel, Have you spoken to your doctor? Have you tried the program and the Panic Dairy? Let us know what you are actively doing to combat this. Remember, you can take the test and present it to your doctor. This may better help assess the situation. Josie ______________________________ The Panic Center Support Team.

Hi everyone. Sorry to complain. But i need to vent. Lately i'm not feeling very happy. I am always down and frustrated. There is anger inside of me that just keeps building up. I'm just so angry with MYSELF. I beginning to put myself down because I hate that i'm sooo moody. I cannot be the person that I always wanted to be because I feel so consumed with anxiety/depression/worries/negative thinking. Also, i get irritated from EVERYTHING and everyone lately. I'm not easy going anymore.....and i used to be. I hate this. I feel so heavy and dull. I jsut want to feel light and beautiful and happy again. I want my life back. I just do see it coming now....im so blinded by this negativity. Any advice?
