Jessica, Have you tried relaxation techniques? What about breathing techniques? For tonight, prepare by reducing your anxiety level as much as you can. Try a hot bath, some soothing music or a warm beverage. Tomorrow do sign up for the Panic Diary where you can record your daily level of anxiety. You can also find how helpful it is to use breathing techniques to help you deal with your panic and anxiety. The Panic Program can help you understand more and may help you go about challenging your thoughts. You can discuss the program with your doctor , by taking him/her the anxiety test. Discuss medications with your pharmacist and doctor as they can be a valuable tools for information. Hope this helps, Josie ______________________________ The Panic Center Support Team.

hi everyone. well i have had anxiety/panic for about a year now. i have been real hesitant as to taking medication. i had such a big fear of just taking it. well 2 days ago i was just so tired of this anxiety and symptoms that came along with it. so i decided to take my zoloft. first day i saw a difference. can it take up that quick? well anyways the biggest problem i have been having, going on my third day is insomnia. as soon as it hits night time i can not sleep. has anyone experienced this before? i really dont wanna give up on the med because i have finally gotten up the courage to take it. well if anyone has any advice that would be appreciated. thanks......jessica
