Well, i didn't know...sorry-I guess that it slipped my mind seeing as there's other discussions pertaining to specific materials and medicines...the line just seemed blurry to me. Thank you for clarifying.

Hi Change_InProgress, As members are not permitted to post other websites here in the discussion forums, you may want to discuss this using the instant messaging feature of the site. When members do respond with their experiences of medication, please keep in mind that everyone is different and what works for some may not be appropriate for all. You may also want to discuss your findings with your doctor or local pharmacist. Casey ________________________________ The Panic Center Support Team

Also, I get in a panic when i think of the side effects, which ones have been the ones with the least nausea-inducing etc. side effects?

Can someone recommend a good site for information about medicine for anxiety and depression? My counselor told me today that she thinks I should get on medication...I want to educate myself about them before committing to any which one. Thanks in advance. By the way, it was my first session-very messy and emotional.
