Hi there i have been on zoloft for about 6 months now and i havnt had any real dramas with it i had a few side affects when i first started but they wore off .I have had an increase in dose at the beginning and am currently on 100mg a day it seems to be helping me but just know that everyone reacts differently to meds and what is right for one may not be suitable for another.Goodluck and take care. Good Morning, Zoloft or Sertraline HCL is a medication used to treat anxiety and depression. Zoloft has been administered to many individuals over the past 12 years. Your doctor has prescribed a dose that is best for you. If you are thinking of not taking this medication or want to alter the dose, you have to contact your doctor before doing so. Work with your doctor, ask many questions. Have a piece of paper handy at all times to write down your questions and concerns. If you are like me, I tend to forget my questions once I meet with my doctor. I wish I would have written them dowe before my appointment started. Hope this helps! Melanie

Does anybody have an opinion on Zoloft. I have tried Paxil and that was rough. Other drugs I hvae tried are Lexapro and Cymbalta. I am still trying to figure out why my doc would put me on cymbalta for anxiety. Anyways I have started zoloft a few weeks ago just wondering about the good the bad and the ugly on it. Thanks for you time all. Hope you are doing well.
