Just so you know

Hi Debbie! Well, you definately gave Paxil a fair shot. If you hadn't notice any improvements after all that time they probably were not going to happen anytime soon. Everybody seems to react drugs differently. Hopefully the Zoloft works much better for you. And if not there is always something else. When I was considering the medication route my doctor explained that you just have to keep trying until you find the right fit for your body chemistry. Is your son back at his own school? How did your home fair? CNN doesn't seem to cover the hurricane like they used so I have not seen much of it on tv. Well, I glad to hear you are alright and you had the courage to try something else that can help you. Take care :)

Hi Allison, Our internet and power went out again and I could not post for awhile, the hurricane was rough on us. I stopped the Paxil and started Zoloft, I have not been in a very good way, I have been in a constant state of exhaustion, I could sleep 24/7 if possible, I am on low doses of the medicine so I do not understand why I feel so weak and tired all the time. I am trying to get well. I hope you are alright. Please let me know. Debbie.

I am not bothered by any of your posts sounding fearful. I hope you find a way that works for you to get better. Just keep going! :)

Dear Allison, Hi, I never ever thought you were being harsh I never even thought that you have been very supportive and helpful to me. I am sorry if my posts at times sound so scared, I have been withdrawing from the Paxil and as you probably have seen on TV we have a very major hurricane heading right to Florida so that has been making me very panicky. I hope you are alright. Please let me know how you are. God bless, Debbie.

Hi Debbie, Just so you know when I referred to doctors not being able to help you I meant that in the broader sense of inner verses outer control. Yes, of course doctors can help lots but my only point was that your future in ultimately up to you. I apologize if I sounded harsh. That's how I am on myself, but isn't necessarily what everyone needs. I know how badly you want to get better. I wish all the best for you! :)
