weight gain

Meds are terrible for this as they help with the anxiety/depression but are widely known to cause weight gain. I used to be able to eat pretty much anything and not gain weight and I was thin.I gained over 30 lbs. in 3 years on Paxil. The only thing that helped was completely changing my diet. I suscribed to weightwatchers online and started exercising and managed to lose 25 lbs. Not bad, eh? Still have some pounds to go that I haven't been able to lose even though I'm not taking any meds anymore, but I've slacked a little in my weightwatchers. Must get back to it! But seriously, you'Ve got to take charge of the wieight issue now before it gets too hard to lose the pounds! GOod luck!
