Thank you very much Josie, I will try that. That is helpful information, I tried once before and could not do it. Thank you, Debbie.

Gina, When you log in, you will see a bar to download CBT buddies. Just do this and start adding buddies. You can do this when you are reading the posts, you will see in each post "add buddy" click here and you will update your IM every time you login. It is best to open your CBT Buddies, when you log on and leave it running, this will make you available to others. Le me know if you have any problems, Josie ______________________________ The Panic Center Support Team.

Dear Gina, I understand about the Xanax, I take one Klonopin at night, but lately I find myself taking a 1/2 during the day, which I swore I would never do, my nurse said its fine to do this even to take one whole one during the day and then one at night, but I do NOT want to become addicted or dependent, I hear you can have a siezure withdrawing from benzo's, its rare and its usually cold turkey but of course I think the worst! I am sweating and shaking right now, I drank two cups of coffee, to get rid of that "foggy tired headachy feeling" now I will probably have a panic attack from the coffee, darn it, I feel it coming on now and of course the brain tumor fear just magnifies it, I notice I sweat so much from the Paxil, I know you had a bad reaction to it you say, what happened, how did you feel? How much were you taking? IT worked fine a few years ago but now its different, I wish I had a magic wand Gina, I am praying for a miracle, we will somehow get through this day! Let me know how you are now. God bless, Debbie.

Dear Gina, I just posted you on the other reply, please read it. My Mom died not of the tumor but "complications due to surgery" if was a freak accident, very delicate surgery, your Mom will be fine. Our husbands birthdays are the same day TODAY, unbelievable. Please read my other post and please write me back, will a Xanax help? I took a klonopin yesterday afternoon when it got bad, I calmed down, but got down, do you ever feel a little depressed when taking Xanax?? Like is a "comedown" or something. Please let me know how you are. Deb.
