well right now its 3 am,and my anxiety is overdrive iu guess thats what it did..thats my biggest fear is my heart and when it starts racing i cant find a comfort zone..im still worried,but i guess i need to chill..what can i do,well so tired thanks for the reply..boards been quiet latley its summer though lol..i hope this dosent set off a bunch new problems again,i had all the hear tests done like 8 minths echo stress test echo stress,but i worry its all wrong..its hard to belive when you feel symptoms and today was a horrible day for me..

Try calling your doctor or try the A&E at a hospital or clinic...It will make you feel better once you are have been checked out.

Hey guys i took flonase last night around 2am,ive taken it before but that was like 2 years ago..I thought it might hep with my headaches and stuff you know..Anyways i wake up,and my hearts pounding,so i take a bath,and come out and check my blood pressure..It was high and my heart rate was 110...So i flipped took it again 108!So finally know i feel groggy after all this a few hours later and its more normal now..
I called a pharmacy they said flonase can cause that side effect..
I called another they said its just anxiety..The thing is when i woke up i forgot i had taken it was worried about my ear,and how it was stuffed up..Im scared i took one spray in each nostril,im afraid any help..
