Starting over (AGAIN!)

Hello Wren,

I'm happy to see that you are back on track again, and have committed yourself to continue staying sober and keeping busy with going to the gym and school.

You should look at these last two weeks as a learning experience. What caused you to start drinking again? What will you do next time when presented with this temptation? Make up an emergency coping plan ahead so that you are prepared if this situation arises again.

Keep persevering! Let us know what coping mechanisms you come up with, and come back often to let us know how you are doing.

I'm back!!  After two weeks of drinking myself sick, passing out, and not knowing what happened...I am sober again.  Nothing like a good binge to make me want to stay on the straight and narrow path.  With two days of sobriety, I've made a new commitment to never touch the stuff again.  I joined a gym in my office building so now I'll have fewer excuses for not getting to the gym.  School starts again tomorrow so I'll have more than enough to stay busy with.
