Hi HK01,
Congratulations on giving up smoking, and welcome to the Stop Smoking Center website.  Wow, three days already and it sounds like so far it's going good for you. Nothing wrong with using NRT to help you kick the habit.  I too used the patch to help me quit after 37 years of smoking.  I'm here to tell you that it can be done. I had to stop using the patch at night after the 2nd day though. It gave me some really weird dreams. Have you tried to quit before? Better breathing after only 3 days, that's great!!  Saving money is also nice too.
Stay strong, and watch out for all those triggers.
