Hi Ashley and thanks

I think the best thing I have learnt is to take the advice from others who are further into there quit journey then myself also as my Sig says - Believe you can and you're halfway there ?

Hi Tim and thank you ... No I would not say it was easy (first week was hell) but as each day passes it gets better we adapt, quitting smoking was and staying quit is important to me I like the returning health and as time passes the smoking attitude fades and today I can enjoy my life as long as I dont light up a cigarette because that would send me right back to day 1 and undo all I have put into quitting.

Have a good smoke free day my friend ?

Hi John,

A BIG congratulations on being smoke free for 100 days! ? Welcome to the triple digits club. ? You seem to have made this sound easy...quitting smoking. For some people, quitting can be easy and for others, they have to struggle, sometimes for a long time before they finally succeed in being able to quit. Keep your quit going and enjoy the pleasures of life smoke free!
