Hi HK01 and welcome the SSC. You and I are around the same age and I smoked for well over 35 years. Been so long can't actually remember a time other than now when I didn't have a smoke in my mouth. Hello this is my first post and its evening here in the UK, my last smoke was the evening of the 31st May 2019, so this is my 3rd day, I have smoked for over 40 years (Im 60 now) so this is all very new to me but Im trying
