OH MY GOD I AM NOT ALONE MY EARS RING TOO! one night i was in a hot bath trying to calm down and my ears were ringing. i hate that what does it come from?my mind says brain tumor but i know thats not true. does anyone know what its from???

Yup, for years my ears ring...and usually when I am trying to sleep or when I am afraid or stressed...
Relaxing helps...

Does anyone else have ringing in the ears? I notice mostly when I am trying to sleep. It drives me nuts!
I have TMJ on the same side. I usually run the fan year round at night to drown it out! lol
