My first week over ??

7 years ago 0 11226 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Congrats on your first week!

Moody is very normal to start. Have patience with yourself. You also may want to explain to your loved ones why you are so moody. Also, look for new soothing activities. In the past you may have used cigarettes as a coping tool. Deep breathes, walking, mindfulness, exercise, talking to a trusted loved one are all options of alternative coping tools.

How are you doing today?

So sad that there is no-one here to share your joy at a huge achievement.

Well,  I am. And in the scheme of quitting smoking, one week is one of the biggest
milestones. Be proud AC24, very proud. And with a famous adage from the days when
this place was rocking with quitters.

Just keep on keeping on!!

You can do this if you REALLY want to!
