Focusing on the mornings is a good idea. How have you tried to change up your morning routine to avoid or replace triggers?

Not giving up. Smoked three cigarettes the 30th and one a day since. Also ran my best 5 k time this morning, ha ha, smokers that jog. I have 3 more organized 5k runs this summer, and I don't plan to be smoking. The mornings are particularly hard, need to concentrate on getting through the mornings.
