think_positive, You have come to the right place! Please feel free to roam the site at your own pace. If you look to the left of the screen under "TOOLS" you will find many supportive tests. These tests are not diagnostic tools and are not a replacement or substitute for a physicians advice. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When youre finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor. We also have developed a Panic Program. This program is 12-weeks and involves the tools mentioned above. Each session is based on the previous session, so we strongly advise that you work slowly through the program and not jump ahead. If you have any questions or concerns with our "TOOLS" you can contact our support department at support@paniccenter.net. Looking forward to hearing from you soon! Hey there, I am originally from Toronto as well. I had to change my medication a couple of times (from Zoloft to Celexa to Effexor) and now am back on Zoloft at 200mg a day. You may want to speak with your doctor and explain your concerns...your list contains 'big' changes in your life...and they can affect you in any way, ie., panic attacks. There are also some group programmes at the different hospitals around Toronto -- and they have some good programmes. As per the CBT, again, you may want to speak with your doctor and he/she can suggest the best possibilities. Take care and keep us posted. Best, B

All, I've been dealing with avoidence for some time(approx 5yrs). I currently am on 40mg of Celexa daily but don't find it helping much. Below I have listed some things that cause me extream anxiety. 1) Moving (I have comfort zones) 2) changing jobs 3) taking trips 4) getting a dog Each of the below has really set me back and made me evaluate life.. I need to find a way to increase my quality of life. I am currently doing CBT weekly(which I have to pay for) and do feel it helps but haven'tgo the results I wished for(it's bee 6 months). I need help, if anyone is in Toronto and want to talk please look me up. s0lar4me@yahoo.ca
