I hate to be the one to say google it but you really need to so you can see how many people it has helped.

It is a series of various exercises that are designed to do "Muscle confusion" so you do not hit a plateau.

You work multiple muscles at the simultaneously.

Different types some days you work with weights, other days is like taebo, today we did Yoga.

There is a test should pass before you try this cause it is a highly advanced workout plan.

I started off pretty bad my first couple days but now am doing pretty good.

We have 6 people in our work out team, the workouts are 6 days a week for 90 days. <-- Yes 6 days a week  each workout is between 60-90 minutes long.

My coworkers have already noticed a difference in the size of my belly and energy level.

Got a group of us at the gym now doing this crazy P90X workout.
I think it will either cure me or kill me! These workouts are the toughest things I have ever done.

After first week my LDL cholesterol levels dropped bigtime and the HCL's went up 4 points. My Dr thought there was an error in my results. :-)  He as happy when I told him I quit smoking but he was really happy when I told I started P90x

I may be fat now but not for long!!

Turn and Burn, It's all good!
