Stress has helped me lose weight, as it always does after every time I quit. This time, I've been KEEPING the weight off by exercising at least once a week (and it's at least 1-3 hrs of hiking). The only way to keep the weight off is eat healthy low cal snacks (fruit/veggies) and exercise each week. Even doing floor exercises is a good way to get your heart rate up.
